The Dinamo Fundació has published a new collection of case studies from Catalonia that demonstrate how private land and housing can be reclaimed and transformed into stable, affordable cooperative housing projects operating outside the market’s speculative dynamics. This publication analyses three pioneering cases that pave the way for new strategies to develop the cooperative housing stock based on a right-of-use model.
