In November 2022, Cwmpas and Cooperatives Europe welcomed cooperators from across Europe to a conference exploring the role of young people in the cooperative movement.
This event aimed to give young cooperators a voice within the wider movement. By bringing together members of Cooperatives Europe and the Young European Cooperators Network, the organizers encouraged conversations between current cooperative leaders and the next generation on how to take the movement forward in Europe. The event brought together experienced cooperators with a network of young people ready to take the sector into the future.
